Here you can find background information & pictures concerning "Lost Brothers" – the first short film made by Tim Weinand.
The movie was made at the beginning of 2010 in the context of "Digital Film and Animation"-studies at SAE-institute, Cologne.
It deals with the uprising fear of an outbreaking pandemia and shows upcoming irrational human reactions and behaviour in an oppressive way.
It was filmed at "Camp Altenrath", an old and abandoned Belgian barrack near Cologne Airport. The ailing, racked and ruined conditions of these barracks contribute to the dark and oppressing mood and atmosphere of the film in a decisive way.
